One family, one land, one tradition

On the Golgo Plateau, above Baunei, time seems to flow more slowly. It is here that, for over fifty years, our family has chosen to stay, to work the land and to tell, every single day, a story built on patience and dedication. The meat comes from our own farm, the ingredients from the hands of small producers we know one by one, and every pasta, every bread, every dessert is still made today just as our grandmothers used to prepare it.

We didn’t come here because there were already tourists to welcome. We came before that, when this place was only silent and unknown, and someone had the courage to believe in it anyway. That choice, made of vision and stubborn determination, is the root of everything we bring to the table today.

A Land You Don't Just Hear About, You Live It

BAUNEI AND ITS TERRITORY

The Golgo Plateau is not something you simply look at: you feel it all around you. Here nature carved out Su Sterru, one of the deepest karst abysses in Europe, and left untouched the little church of San Pietro, silent guardian of generations of shepherds from Baunei.

All around, the Supramonte keeps watch with its limestone rocks and its age-old silence, while further below the coast opens into breathtaking inlets. This is where the path to Cala Goloritzè begins, reachable only on foot, among rocks and an endless sea view. Once isolated, unknown, almost forgotten. Today it is the gateway to one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the World.

Staying here, between the Supramonte and the sea, means understanding one simple thing: this land did not become a destination. It has always been a land to love.
